Request Team Information
Join the fight and form your team today! It's easy; just follow the directions below:
- Complete and submit our Team Packet Request Form below today to receive your Team Captain packet.
- Start putting together your team of eight to 15 participants. Team participants can be walkers, runners, or both.
- When your Team Captain packet arrives, send in your team's registration form and commitment fee ($10 per team participant). Then, each team participant begins to collect donations from family, friends, co-workers, and others. The goal is for each team participant to raise at least $100 or more before the event.
- On the day of Relay, come to the event site, pitch your tent, decorate your campsite, and get ready for fun! Team participants will walk or run relay-style for the entire event.
- Relay For Life is not competitive, so everyone is welcome!
- Since you collect all money ahead of time, all you need to do after the event is tell people what a great time you had and start getting ready for next year!
